  • Sharing relevant information about a Company with Personnel and vice versa for the facilitation of transaction between these parties.
  • With third party companies and individuals engaged to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services (e.g., without limitation, maintenance services, database management, web analytics and online advertising, payment processing, fraud detection and improvement of Manup’s features) or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
